Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase.
Refunds Before Dispatch
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your order, refunds can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. After this period, all orders are considered final and are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
Quality is our top priority, and we carefully inspect every item before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist you. To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing clear images of the damage. Once verified, we will process a refund or provide a suitable resolution.
Custom-Made Pieces
Orders that include custom-made garments are specially crafted to your specifications and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements, fabric choices, and design preferences before placing your order.
